I have been going to Pippa’s class for a while now. I can honestly say that her yoga classes have changed my life.

Pippa is a wonderful yoga teacher, I feel a connection to her when she teaches. I feel at peace, but also energised, my mind is calmer, I worry less, my body feels more in tune and I feel more youthful and able to cope with life.

Dry Yoga is very special, Pippa’s way of teaching is amazing, she takes time and great care to ensure I do the postures correctly without me doing any harm to myself and explains the benefits of all we practice.

Last year I wanted to hide away, but with Pippa’s help I feel like a flower growing stronger each day with grace, ready to face the world. I feel more grounded and happy. Thank you Pippa, you are very special.

I have attended Philippa’s classes since the start and I find her very pleasant and knowledgeable about her subject matter and a great teacher.

I have more flexibility, strength and energy and I also find myself less stressful.

The classes are very relaxing and I have made new friends along the way. Since doing the Tuesday class, I have now found her Thursday class more strenuous but equally as enjoyable.

I can thoroughly recommend Philippa’s classes. She has a gentle and supportive, encouraging teaching style.

Dru is really helpful in rebalancing the mind and body. The techniques are easily learned and can be practiced at home to help alleviate stress, tension and to improve posture and balance. My core strength is much improved since starting Dry Yoga two years ago and I will definitely continue with it.

I really enjoy the structured format of Philippa’s Dru Yoga class. Her teaching is very clear and concise with alternative moves given to enable me to work within my own limits. I like the venue, practicing close to nature helps me to relax and switch off from the stresses of the day.

I go to Philippa’s intermediate yoga class on a Thursday night. If you want to improve your core strength and balance in a careful and gentle manner then I can fully recommend this class.

Philippa will guide you through what seems to be almost casual positions, but through careful attention to posture and breathing the moves are very effective and achievable. Each week I notice a gradual improvement.
